Ben and Jess came to visit us for Halloween weekend. Ben had originally had plans to visit in the winter, but his flight got mixed up, so he rebooked it for October and we think it turned out better. We had a great weekend with these two! Big thanks to Jess’s facebook for help with photos here.
I wasn’t able to take a lot of time off work, but Chris was able to get away for a nice hike up in Deer Valley on Thursday.
We went to Road Island Diner out in Oakley on Friday.
We took the tram at Snowbird on Saturday. It was cold up there! I’m ready for winter, just should have brought a warmer coat!
Ben and Jess dressed as Sam and Suzy from Moonrise Kingdom. Their costumes are AWESOME! They really went all out. Ben even sewed all the patches on himself.
They look awesome on Park City’s Main Street, even if people kept thinking Ben was a boy scout.
There were some other great costumes at the Park City Dog Parade. Penguin was a spider and we were her web.
Check out the martini dog in the background.
This costume was a hit. The dog on the right has a “black labs matter” costume on and the one on the right is dressed as a police officer. Tons of people taking photos of this creative costume!
