It’s always been a goal of mine to bend over and touch my toes. For as long as I can remember, I haven’t been able to do it. I used to think it was impossible because my legs are too long (thanks Dad!), but then started practicing yoga and saw people with longer legs than me do it. Then, I decided I couldn’t do it because I had super tight hamstrings from running. There’s no way I’d give up running just to touch my toes. Oh well.
As I went to more and more awesome Park City yoga, I got closer and closer to touching my toes… and TONIGHT, I DID IT. Check it out.
